We want everyone to publish, browse, and manage waitlists without barriers. This statement explains our commitments, the steps we take to meet legal requirements in the EU and Germany, and how you can contact us if something is hard to use.

Testing
Pages are checked with automated tooling (axe/Lighthouse) and manual keyboard & screen-reader reviews. We prioritise fixes based on user impact.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is part of our development process. Significant changes trigger new audits and we track outstanding issues on our roadmap.

If you experience any difficulties, we are here to help. We typically respond within two business days and prioritise urgent requests from people who rely on assistive technologies.
Report a barrier
If you notice an accessibility issue, email support@whitelistideas.com or use the contact form. Please include the page URL, assistive technology (if applicable), and a short description.
Alternative access
We can provide key content in plain text, large print, or via a phone call. Reach out and we will respond within two business days.
Escalation
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the German Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Persons with Disabilities (BFIT-Bund).
